Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday expressed grief over the demise of Young CA, who worked at Ernest & Young (EY). She said that to reduce stress among workers and children in higher education, special advice should be given regarding a particular type of stress management. Addressing an event at a college in Chennai, Sitharaman said that though educational institutions provide good education and students get jobs through campus placements. But along with education, they should also be taught things to control stress. Like she is teaching the child the things in a family. Similarly, children should also be taught to talk about stress and talk to them.

Nirmala Sitharaman further says that one should have faith in God. We need God’s grace. Must learn discipline. Because it increases your self-confidence. Inner strength will come only by increasing self-confidence. Educational institutions should bring divinity and spirituality. Only then our children will find their inner strength. This will help them and the country in their progress. This is my firm belief.
