Katrina Kaif loves to work out and her fit physique is proof of that. The Phone Bhoot actress dedicates her healthy lifestyle to Pilates. Her trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, often catches a glimpse of Katrina workout routine on social media to inspire fans of the star. Most recently, Yasmin posted a funny video with Katrina that showed the actress confessing that she was feeling lazy and wanted to do some stretching instead of a rigorous workout. The clip then went on to show six Reformer stretches to open up the body and make it flexible. Check it out below. Katrina Kaif’s Trainer Suggests Easy Stretches to Banish Laziness
On Tuesday, yasmin karachiwala took to Instagram to share a video with Katrina Kaif. The clip begins with Katrina telling Yasmin that she wants to do some stretching at the gym because she’s feeling lazy. Yasmin replies, “I have the perfect stretches, Katy, to make me lazy. Let me show you.” The video shows Yasmin practicing different types of reformer stretches, including knee stretch, thigh stretch, pulldown, pullup, long stretch, and hamstring stretch, at the gym. She captioned the post: “When Katrina Kaif says she wants to stretch because she’s feeling lazy, I know exactly the stretches that will chase laziness away from her.” Look the following video.
The video begins with Yasmin practicing the knee stretch by placing one knee on the Reformer and the other leg on the ground. Then, she stretches her knee back and forth on the machine to make her lower body more flexible. The second exercise is the thigh stretch. In it, Yasmin kneels on the Reformer, and keeping her body straight, as she holds a harness, she bends her body keeping her back straight. Yasmin did a stretch down and a stretch up for the third and fourth legs. She followed him by doing the long stretch and the hamstring stretch.

Stretching is a great pre-workout practice. It can relieve pain by loosening muscle tension and increasing blood flow, correcting stiffness in the mid and upper back, gently mobilizing the spine, and decreasing the risk of injury.
