When you keep your full attention on your food while eating, it works to improve both your mental and physical health. Because when your focus is only on food, then you are able to feel its taste, its aroma and the pleasure of taste buds, due to which a different level of satisfaction is felt, which helps in hunger management. It is also called the satiety that comes after a meal.

If you concentrate on food only, then you eat after chewing properly, this improves digestion. Because there is not much pressure on the intestines and liver. This prevents overeating and eating less makes the stomach feel full quickly.
