How to do
- First of all, spread a mat on the ground and sit in Sukhasana.
- Keep both your hands on your knees.
- Now close your eyes, open your mouth and press your tongue against the palate.
- The more stretch you stick your tongue above the palate, the more your facial muscles will be affected.
- Stick the tongue on the palate for a while and then come back to the original position.
- Now relax your mouth for a few seconds and then repeat this process two to three times.
- While doing this yoga, keep breathing normally.

By doing this exercise, all the muscles of the face get tightened and the face is toned. The problem of double chin gets rid of and your jawline also becomes better.

- Get down on your knees and place both your hands on your thighs
- Keep the shoulders relaxed and spread the jaw.
