Earlier this week, multiple reports circulated that the talk show host was “incapacitated” and in need of guardianship.
Her bank claimed they had reason to believe she was “a victim of undue influence and financial exploitation” and had consequently frozen her account.

He also discussed how Wendy was currently doing, as he has been on an extended break from The Wendy Williams Show.
“During this program break, Wendy has employed holistic health professionals to help her achieve optimal health during her treatment for Graves’ disease and thyroid issues,” the statement said. “Wendy he wants you to know he’s okay; she is in her right mind.
A Wells Fargo spokesperson told the outlet that the bank’s “priority is the financial well-being of Ms. Williams and the preservation of your privacy. As we have expressed to the Court, Wells Fargo is open to working with Ms. Williams‘ attorney to release funds directly to your creditors for historically and regularly paid bills from your accounts.”
They added: “We deny any allegations of wrongdoing with respect to Ms. Williams‘ accounts and are fully participating in a judicial process to reach a resolution that is in your best interest. The financial well-being of our clients is at the core of everything we do.”
