Dr. Robin Sharma recently posted a video on Instagram. In this video he explained what things we should not put in tea and you should only give tea prepared in this way to your enemies. Dr. Robin explained that tea becomes unhealthy simply by adding milk and sugar. You should therefore never drink tea with milk and sugar. Moreover, some people also use jaggery in tea instead of sugar, but adding jaggery to tea increases the risk of digestion and also increases diabetes. You should therefore never drink these three things with tea.

This food combination with tea is a “poison”

According to Ayurveda, certain food combinations with tea also act as a poison. According to Dr Robin, one should never eat namkeen, samosas or chaat pakodas with tea. Apart from this, one should not consume paratha with tea, especially rotis made from packaged new flour can cause diseases. He also explained that most people prepare milk, banana, jaggery and gram and drink it, which is considered rich in protein. But it can increase the risk of autoimmune diseases simply by entering the stomach.

Autoimmune diseases include diseases such as type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, Graves’ disease, myasthenia gravis, celiac disease and pernicious anemia.
