1.For eyesight, you should include almonds in your diet from now itself. It is rich in Vitamin A and Omega 3 fatty acids. These are good for the health of the eyes. You can eat 5 to 6 soaked almonds daily in the morning.

2.You can also include sweet potato in your diet. Beta carotene is found in it, which is very beneficial in terms of eye health. It helps in reducing the dryness of the eyes.

3.According to a study conducted by the University of Miami, Vitamin A and beta carotene are found in carrots which keep the eyes healthy. It is helpful in improving retinal health. Due to this, the eyesight remains intact.

4.Make beans a part of your diet as well. It contains bio flavonoid and zinc in abundance which helps in strengthening the retina of the eyes.

5.You must give place to citrus fruits in your diet. Include fruits like oranges, grapes and lemons. This will keep your eyesight intact. Your eye will be healthy. 6.Peanuts contain Vitamin A, which helps protect the eyes from free radical damage. Apart from this, eyelids are also good for the health of the eyes. You can either eat it by putting it in lentils or eat vegetables or you can also drink its juice.

7.Fish must also be included in your diet. It contains omega 3 fatty acids which are known to reduce the risk of cataract. The best sources of omega 3 fatty acids can include tuna, cod, salmon. Consuming fish at least twice a week can provide nutrition to the eyes.
