Carrying a gallon jug filled with water can be key if you’re always on the go. So drink up!

Walking hills is one of the best ways to sculpt muscle and increase leg strength without hitting your joints or lifting weights. This is especially true if you are carrying a backpack. Just remember to be careful going back downhill.
