For mountain pose, again stand absolutely straight and this time raise both arms above your head. Bring your hands together and then stretch and bend to the right side, then come back up. Do this 15 times on each side.
3. Knee to elbow (opposite side)
To perform this exercise, you need to stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on the back of your head. Once in this position, lift your left leg so it’s bent at a right angle, then lean forward so your right elbow touches your left knee. Repeat this with the left elbow as well. Do 15 repetitions on each side.
4. Knee to elbow (same side)
You must first come in the same position as above with your hands behind your head. Then, instead of touching the opposite knee with your elbow, you’ll bend in the same direction. Then, you will lift your right leg out to the side so that your feet point outwards and then bend and touch your right knee with your right elbow. Do 15 repetitions on both sides.
5. Triangle pose
For the triangle pose, also known as Trikonasana, you should stand up straight with your legs wide apart. Straighten your legs as far as you can while keeping your balance. Stretch your arms so they’re parallel to the ground, then bend them in the right direction while looking down at your left arm. Repeat 15 times on both sides.
