1. Buttock Augmentation
Trade your normal stride for a glute exercise by keeping your toes pointed up as you step onto the platform in front of you. This will prevent you from kicking your back leg, taking your rear calf out of the movement and putting emphasis on your glutes.
2. Counter lunge
Begin this exercise with your hips in a flexed position to increase glute activation and increase your range of motion. Hold the position at the bottom to feel a good stretch in your hamstring and front glute.
