Strava’s Flyby tool allows you to revisit your workout, or the workouts of people near you, to get insights into your performance. It’s useful if you’re trying to see where you slow down or speed up during an activity, and how you’re doing compared to other people in your area. By default, this data is kept private.

If you activated Flyby at some point and forgot, you can go to the privacy settings page on Strava and select No one in the Flyover section to turn it off.

Strava also periodically sends your followers notifications about your activity. You can also disable this option on the privacy settings page. Scroll down to the section labeled Share my activities with my followers. and select Do not send these notifications.
