  1. Place your ring fingers on the inside of your eyebrows.
  2. Gently tap your fingers in the outward direction of your brows.
  3. Press and hold your temples for a few seconds.
  4. Tap on your cheekbones and move along the inner corner of your eyes for 30
    seconds.
  5. Close your eyes tightly and then open them wide and repeat this process 5 times.
  6. You can also do some eye rotations, look up and down as well.

Benefit: Helps increase oxygen circulation, drains fluids around the eyes and reduces

  1. Tilt your head slightly backwards.
  2. Place your fingers at the top of your neck.
  3. Apply gentle pressure as you slide your fingers toward your collarbone.
