Call it the “sibling superset”. I often end my upper body workouts with a finisher that includes biceps and triceps supersets. my personal favorite couples kettlebell towel curls and bodyweight skull crushers.
Remember, the selection of specific exercises is a personal preference, so choose the exercises that you enjoy and that offer the most “time value.” Most importantly, focus on overlapping antagonist movement patterns.
