China’s first artificial intelligence hospital: Artificial intelligence (AI) is making waves in almost every industry, and AI has also made its way into healthcare. Stanford’s AI Town went viral on the internet last year, featuring 25 intelligent agents living and socializing in an environment similar to a real-life Westworld. And now, Chinese researchers have developed an AI hospital city.
World’s first AI hospital built here
The world’s first artificial intelligence hospital has opened in Beijing, the capital of China. The name of this hospital is “Agent Hospital”. It was prepared by researchers from Tsinghua University. There are 14 AI doctors and 4 nurses in this hospital. These doctors are able to treat more than 3,000 patients almost every day. These doctors are designed to diagnose diseases, develop treatment plans, and provide daily support to nurses. This system will first be used to help medical universities.

Ready to handle any type of epidemic
Researchers claim that these AI doctors will be able to provide information about the spread of any type of epidemic in the world and their treatment. According to the report, Agent Hospital answered American questions about medical clearance with an accuracy of 93.6 percent. With their help, healthcare facilities can be made available to a wider range of people.
Technological revolution in the health sector
Recently, in an interview, Chinese researchers talked about this innovation in the healthcare sector. He said that the concept of Eye Hospital is a new initiative for patient treatment through which AI doctors will be able to treat patients. This initiative can be very important not only for healthcare professionals but also for the general public.

Recently, researchers from Tsinghua University have developed an AI hospital named “Agent Hospital.” In this virtual world, all doctors, nurses, and patients will be able to communicate with each other through intelligent agents based on the Large Language Model (LLM). In fact, AI doctors can treat 10,000 patients in a few days. It would take human doctors at least two years to treat that many patients.
Great alternative to expensive healthcare services
From China’s perspective, this will help it treat billions of people faster. Obviously, India will also learn from this as India is second only to China in terms of population. Apart from expensive healthcare services, China has recently been facing many problems such as shortage of doctors and traffic problems. In such a situation, if this innovation made through artificial intelligence proves to be fully successful, then it will bring a huge achievement to the healthcare sector.
