Internet sensation Orry recently opened up about her tremendous weight loss journey. Orhan Awatramani, also known as Orry, has lost 23 kilos in more than a year. The weight loss journey is subjective for each individual. It requires a lot of physical and mental investment. The motivation, the weight loss regimen, can be different for everyone. For Orry, it was a “no sugar tolerance” diet. Often, people start their weight loss routine by reducing their sugar consumption. Calorie deficit, dedication and perseverance is the key to losing weight. Speaking to Malaika Arora’s son Arhaan Khan on his podcast ‘Dumb Biryani’, Orry talked about weight loss diet, routine and more.

Internet personality Orry is known for his quirks and vibrant style. And let’s not forget the iconic phone cases that keeps changing every time it appears. In the latest episode of ‘Dumb Biryani’, Arhaan asked about home-cooked food, “What is Orry’s ghar ka khana?”
To this Orry replied, “Same as any other Indian home.”

He then revealed his diet. Orry said: “However, at the moment I am on a very strict diet. I have an egg white omelet for breakfast and then I don’t eat anything during the day. Maybe I’ll make something for dinner, depending on what’s at home. But it is a diet with zero tolerance to sugar. There is no sugar. Last year I lost about 23 kilos.” When asked if he had reached his goal weight, Orry said: “No, I want to be 47. I think I weigh between 50 and 51kg.”
