Which way should you walk in the morning?

They are not recommended to walk (or exercise) early in the morning in winter. If we don’t exercise without a proper warm-up, those who do are at high risk. They can suffer from heart attacks and strokes in winter. The risk of heart disease increases on winter mornings. Blood pressure is inversely proportional to winter. The pressure increases in cold weather and as a result our heart beats faster and needs to pump more blood, which is not favorable for a person with a weak heart.
