Arjun said, “I started seeking therapy… The depression and therapy part started happening last year… I didn’t know if I was depressed or not; I just knew something wasn’t working… My life was in the public eye and I found myself looking at the work of others and wondering, ‘Will I be able to do it or will I have a chance?’ I’ve never been a bitter or negative person, but it started to fester inside me in a strange way… I started therapy and went to a couple of therapists that didn’t work out, which left me confused again. Finally, I found someone who really allowed me to open up. She diagnosed me at that time with mild depression, which she described as circumstantial.”
