Tech companies aren’t the only ones with fancy campuses, food trucks, and gyms, as walmart joins forces to encourage its 14,000 corporate employees to return to the office.

The campus is located between Central Avenue and 14th Street, near Highway 102 in downtown Bentonville, where the company’s former warehouses and office buildings were located. The grocery store giant has already torn down existing buildings and will replace them with 12 new office buildings, several service buildings, parking lots and green spaces throughout 2022.

The cost of the program was not announced.

“By demolishing and recycling those existing buildings and offices, we are revitalizing the existing expanse of land, contributing to economic growth in the area, and integrating with the broader Bentonville community development efforts,” the company said on its website.
