The reality star showed off her toned midsection in the clip before donning a figure-hugging short white crop top.

Kate, who shares a 16-month-old Cree son with soccer player Rio Ferdinand, 43, is also stepmother to children Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, 10, with his late wife Rebecca Ellison, who She passed away in 2015 from breast cancer.

‘How did it feel, because the label ‘mom’ for me… you know, I’m a stepmom, they call me Kate in our house, and I feel like I have to earn the title of stepmom, and earn the title of even Kate, because I have to give love to be that person.’
