  1. School children should always keep a water bottle with them.
  2. Children should drink lemon water / buttermilk / coconut water / fresh fruit juice regularly.
  3. Children should wear light-colored, lightweight, loose-fitting cotton clothing when going out.
  4. Cover their head with a hat and umbrella when out in the sun.
  5. Avoid junk food in summer, please! Go for fresh fruits, salads and home cooked meals.
  6. Stay away from direct sunlight, especially during peak hours play outdoor games in the evening from 12 to 4 p.m.
