Chest pain can be due to many different reasons, negligence can be heavy

1. Chest pain after eating

You are having a problem of pain with burning in the chest and your this pain is increasing till the back… Such pain usually occurs after eating food. If you are having chest pain after meals with these symptoms, then you should understand that there is a burning sensation in your chest and due to this burning in the esophagus, you are experiencing both pain and burning in the chest.

Avoidance: As a remedy for this pain, you can take antacids, lie down with your upper body at a higher height than the lower part. For this, you can put some extra pillows under your back and shoulders.

2. Pain while breathing

Some people have chest pain while breathing. If so, then you should visit your doctor without trying any trick. Whereas if there is tightness in the chest and difficulty in breathing, first of all take a look at whether you are feeling stressed. Also find out what is causing this stress. Avoid this reason, relax yourself and take a walk in a quiet and beautiful place.

3. Pricking pain in chest

If there is a sharp pricking along with chest pain, then the reason for this could be the irritation happening to your ribs and muscles. This condition is also known as Tietze syndrome. In this condition, there is definitely pain in your ribs and cartilages but this condition is not very fatal and often gets better on its own after some time. This usually happens due to sitting in the wrong posture at one place or doing a long sitting job. If the pain does not get better after some time, then see the doctor.

4. Pain caused by lungs

You are having chest pain while breathing and you notice that the breath is getting shorter i.e. you are not able to take deep breaths and there is pain in the chest while inhaling. This pain is usually happening in the lungs and due to this you experience chest pain. In this situation, it is better to see a doctor.

5. Due to lack of oxygen

If you are having severe chest pain and you are not getting any relief even after taking rest, then this pain may also be due to lack of oxygen. This pain can usually be experienced after overeating, due to stress or after over-exercising. Therefore, to get instant relief from this pain, you lie down and take rest for a while. If you do not get relief then contact the doctor.
