Hello friends and welcome to this week’s edition of our herbal space.

Diabetes is a disease in which dietary control is an important goal. It is necessary to ensure a nutritional balance that helps maintain body weight, to avoid sudden drops in blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia) or sudden rises in blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia).

It is important to ensure that the diet includes a wide variety of foods that are complete, palatable and appropriate to the needs of each person.

I will provide a list of foods in order of importance at the end of this article, but before that, here are some friendly tips summarized.

Tips:

For all vegetables, juicing is the way to go. It is easier for your body to use, due to its rapid absorption. Vegetables and fruits should make up a larger part of the diet.

In the morning, drink 2 glasses of water on an empty stomach when you wake up. Add a squeeze of lemon if available. Also add our DIABETES JUICE made from wild pears and a combination of wild leaves that God created for this ailment.

Horseradish and goldenseal may be additional to mention here. These herbs mentioned above have excellent bulk fiber that swells in the digestive tract when taken in the morning before a meal.

In return, the surf helps the digestive tract slowly absorb sugars from the food one eats. Thus, the blood sugar is prevented from rapidly rising and falling. God’s plants have a way of working for both high and low sugar levels, as long as one takes them correctly.

There are plenty of trace minerals and zinc in herbs that are useful supplements to start the day for diabetics of any type.

For those whose diabetes is more advanced, circulatory herbs like cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and turmeric are helpful in balancing the glands, improving circulation, and strengthening the kidneys in someone with diabetes.

I’ll be able to share this information a bit more in later editions. The herbs will help lower your sugar levels significantly but safely early in the morning, so that when you have something to eat later, the levels will rise, but not to very high levels, just to the acceptable ranges.
