The Breast-Lifting Exercises You Can’t Live Without in Your 50s, Trainer Says — Eat This Not That

While there are certain foods that can improve the health of your breasts, there are also exercises that can give them a boost. This may look appealing to you as you get older. Getting old means your Upper part of the body experience a number of changes, including wrinkled skin and stretch marks on your breasts, according to Today’s medical news. Beyond that, a larger space may appear between your breasts as they stretch and sit lower on your body. Accepting the ways your body changes over the years is always a good idea, but there’s also nothing wrong with wanting to give your body a boost and lift your breasts. That’s why we talked to Dave Shelton, founder and trainer of my fitness systemwho reveals the best breast lift training you’ll want to incorporate into your regular routine.

When it comes to the reverse row, Shelton says Eat this, not that! This exercise will help you strengthen your back and shoulder muscles, which in turn will improve your posture and lift your breasts.

To get started, Shelton explains, “Secure a barbell in a power rack at about waist height,” though you can also choose to do this “using a TRX suspension trainer or resistance bands,” as demonstrated above. When everything is ready, Shelton goes on to instruct you, “Lean under the bar and grab it with an overhand grip.” [with your hand shoulder-width apart]. Extend your legs in front of you and place your feet flat on the ground. From this position, exhale and lift yourself up until your chest touches the bar. Do 3 sets of 10 reps.

This classic exercise is an amazing way to activate your chest muscles and sculpt a “more youthful appearance,” says Shelton. He emphasizes that to get the most out of your push-ups, focusing on fitness it’s key. “Keep your back straight and your elbows close to your sides as you lower yourself down.” To achieve the kind of breast lift results he’s looking for, Shelton suggests doing 2 sets of 10 to 15 reps no fewer than three days a week.

If a cable fly isn’t an exercise you’re doing regularly, then you’ll definitely want to do it to give your chest a boost, as shown in the photo above. Shelton explains, “This exercise is perfect for lifting your breasts, as it targets the inner and outer muscles of the chest.”

To perform it successfully, you’ll stand tall and place your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold on to a cable pulley with each hand. Next, step forward while making sure your movement has created the proper tension on the cables. Once you’ve done that, Shelton says, “Put your hands together in front of your chest. [Then,] return to starting position and repeat” until you’ve done 3 sets of 10 reps.
