Bodybuilder Simeon Panda’s Epic Home Gym Rivals The Rock’s Iron Paradise

recently bodybuilder Simeon Panda He gave a tour of his sleek, stacked commercial-size home gym on his YouTube channel. And it will surely arouse your jealousy. The all-black gym features countless pieces of custom machinery often only found in top-tier facilities around the world, making the Panda setup a rival to even The Rock’s iconic Iron Paradise.

Over the years, Panda has developed 17 million followers across social media platforms, and was named one of the most influential fitness influencers by Forbes. Because of all the success, the 36-year-old fitness aficionado was recently able to create an amazing custom workout space at home.

The gym is the first at home the gold gym, with enough equipment to start handing out memberships. But Panda has the outdoor space all to himself.

The entire gym is equipped with equipment from Gym80, which is an official supplier to Gold’s Gym franchises. Panda starts the tour with his favorite machine of the group: a huge Pure Kraft Strong Plate Loaded Leg Press, which is normally only found in commercial spaces. And that’s nowhere near the end of his Pure Kraft collection. Panda shows off his belt squat, a two-in-one adduction and abduction machine, a plate-loaded leg extension, a glute kick back, a lying leg curl, and a standing calf raise machine. And that’s just for the legs.

Panda then shows off his PureKraft rowing machine, dip station, bench press, shoulder press, and a five-station cable weight machine. The bodybuilder also has a 80Athletics half rack, bench press, barbells and a rack of dumbbells with weights up to 175 pounds.

“It may not even be the end,” Panda says of his dumbbell range. “We’ll see how we go. [We] I could go up to 200 because I’ve been known to do some one-arm rows with some heavy dumbbells.”

That’s it, not to mention the punching bag, medicine balls, slam balls, energy bags, kettlebells, battle ropes, sled, and your measured panel of Panda grass. Or his Matrix exercise machine, treadmill, and upright cardio bike.

The entire Panda gym was built to be outdoormeaning the fitness lover was careful to select rugged, weather-resistant machines that could withstand the beatings of the elements and your workout.

“One thing I love is that everything is heavy,” Panda says after picking up a dunk accessory. “That piece of gear I picked up was heavy. These benches are heavy. Every piece of gear is heavy, which is a sign of durability, which is a sign of quality. It’s all good.”
