While regular gym-goers may chide that it’s not enough, the researchers gave the weekend warrior’s approach to exercise a seal of approval by stating last week that weighting your workouts in this way will bring many of the same health benefits.
Using data from 350,978 adults in the United States who were mostly in their forties when the research began, the international team reported in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine than if they packed their activity into two days or spread them more evenly throughout the week
