vajrasana
This is a very simple looking one. In which one has to sit by bending the knees and keeping the waist straight. Both the hands should be on the knee and the spine should be straight. The digestive system of the body works well with this posture.
Halasan
The body should look like a plow as evident from the name of this asana. To practice this asana, lie on your back. Slowly raise the legs upwards and bend the waist and take them forward. By this asana, the working of all the abdominal organs remains fine.
Paschimottasana
For this posture also, you must first sit on the yoga mat. Now keep the legs spread in front. Leaning forward while taking both the hands. Bend as much as you bend in the beginning. Gradually the flexibility of the body will start increasing. The effort is to be made that by holding the toes of the feet with the palms, you can rest your head from the knee. Keep in mind that the legs should not bend. This asana keeps the kidney and liver functioning properly.
Pawanmuktasana
For this posture, lie down and raise both the legs towards the stomach. In this way the stomach started pressing. Now move your hands slightly forward and hold the feet and stay in the same pose for some time. It is beneficial for both gas and acidity.
Ustrasana
For this posture, you have to sit with your knees bent and then take both the hands back and hold the toes of the feet. This will make your body look like a bow. Hold like this for some time.
You have to do all these easy procedures at least three times. Every time you have to hold in the same posture for at least ten seconds.
