Better Up, Prince Harry’s new mental conditioning company, has been dubbed the ‘Toxic Boys Club’ by employees of the organisation.
The Duke of Sussex joined the company as director of impact. However, a former company took to Glassdoor to claim that the company was a “psychologically unsafe workplace.”
“Everyone is uncomfortable and lives in fear. Keep your head down… do your job, don’t get on someone’s bad side. No one will go to HR because HR is close to the leaders,” said the former employee.
Meanwhile, another compared the startup to Theranos and expressed that Netflix might want to expose it.
Employees also claimed that the “inner circle was impenetrable” due to the leadership. “They lie, they play, they test/observe/spy on employees…it’s a pretty nasty weak point.”
