Bodybuilding Legend Jay Cutler Gets ‘First Look’ at Michal Krizo: “He’s Going to Upset a Lot of People” – Fitness Volt

The hype surrounding Slovakian mass monster Michal Krizo continues to grow and bodybuilding legend Jay Cutler is the last to notice. In a recent video, Cutler got his first look at Krizo and thinks the giant bodybuilder will shake up the open class sooner rather than later.

Krizo’s muscle mass and large size are some of his greatest attributes as a bodybuilder. He used those qualities to find success in the IFBB Elite Pro League in recent years. Earlier this month, Michal Krizo kicked off his 2022 Olympia campaign by switch from IFBB Elite Pro League to NPC. His intention is to win his Pro Card on the NPC first, before winning a contest in the IFBB Pro League. Once those lofty goals are in the rearview mirror, his plan is to storm the Olympia stage and win the prestigious show on his first try.

Cutler, a four-time Mr. Olympia winner, recently had the opportunity to visit Krizo after the Open class competitor flew to the United States to ease the transition from the NPC. Given his knack for the sport’s finer details, Cutler’s opinion weighs heavily in the bodybuilding community. After taking a “first look” at Krizo, the former Mr. Olympia had a stern warning for the rest of the Men’s Open landscape.

“After the Prague Pro.” Krizo replied.

“He’s going to upset a lot of people, especially looking so good so far away. Awesome. He looks great. Round. Detailed. He is good with this shot [side triceps], lots of stretch marks here, which a lot of guys don’t have. Lots of details.” Cutler shared.

Fellow Slovak bodybuilder Adela Ondrejovicova also recently switched to NPC. Ondrejovicova quickly impressed in her new league by winning her Pro Card. With her recent success, she had the opportunity to compete against other IFBB professionals.

Adela took her talent to the 2022 Finland Pro last weekend and won the show, securing her invitation to compete at Olympia later this year. Ondrejovicova and Krizo are mentored by the same coach, so many fans expect a lot from him given his teammate’s ability to make a successful transition.

With big shoes to fill, Krizo recently met with decorated bodybuilder and trainer Milos “The Mind” Sarcev. Milos was very impressed with the rising bodybuilder and highlighted that Krizo is ‘100% committed to making an impact in our federation’ in the coming months. In addition, the up-and-comer also visited the East Coast mecca of bodybuilding, the Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym, located in Syosset, New York.
