“Hey guys, I’ve been trying to do this for an hour, and for someone who’s spent the last 13 or 14 years, no matter how long I’ve been acting, I just can’t seem to say what I need to say without ‘Umming’ and “arring” every five minutes. So I’m going to try again. So I took a break from social media for my mental health, because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, overwhelming. I get caught up and spiral down when I read things about me online and is ultimately very detrimental to my state of mind. So I decided to take a step back and remove the app.”

“In this very, very brief return to Instagram, I thought it would be very important and a good idea to shed some light on a charity we sponsor, Stem4. stem4 is a wonderfully innovative educational program. His pioneering apps, website with clinical recommendations, and mental health lectures all helped to help suffering young children.”

“There are four apps that they offer. They are all completely free. The first is for Calm Harm and to help manage and reduce intense emotions, such as the urge to self-harm. The second is Clear Fear, to help manage and reduce the symptoms of anxiety. The third is Combined Minds, to help friends and family maintain a young person’s mental health, and finally the fourth is Move Mood, to increase motivation and lift bad moods.”

“The Brothers Trust is supporting this charity because we think it is a fantastic cause. There is a terrible stigma against mental health and I know that asking for help and seeking help is not something to be ashamed of, but it is something that is much more easier said than done. So I hope these apps can be your first step to being happier and healthier.”

“So, thanks for listening, but something that’s also very important is that these charities need help too. The Brothers Trust is a fundraising vehicle to help raise money so these charities can continue to do the fantastic work they’re doing. doing. So if you feel so inclined to help us help them and in turn help others, go to our website, buy yourself a t-shirt, all the money goes to all the charities we support. So we really appreciate your love and support. Again, if you’re hurting and need help, please download one of the apps Stem4 has to offer. I have them all, I’ve tried them all, they’re all fantastic. They’re really helpful. So again, thanks for listening. I’m going away on Instagram again. And everyone, thank you for your love and support. I love you all and will speak to you soon.”
