Make sure your back remains neutral as you face the end of your yoga mat. Pull your navel against your spine and activate your abdominal muscles.
Weston explains, “I recommend that everyone incorporate plank into their daily yoga routine for maximum benefits and toning the entire body. For a challenge, hold the position for as long as you can without sacrificing your form.”
