“There Is No Reason to Lie”: Bodybuilding Legend Ronnie Coleman Finally Reveals the Secret of His 8-Time Mr. Olympia Winning Body

Ronnie Coleman has an exceptional reputation in the world of bodybuilding. Having won the Mr. Olympia title 8 times in a row, he is without a doubt the “King” of the sport. From what he began as a passion for building bigger muscles to professional achievement, Ronnie left behind a truly inspiring legacy.

Ronnie continued to push his limits despite facing multiple setbacks in the form of countless physical injuries. In a recently shared video, the ace bodybuilder can be seen sharing his “secret” mantra.

In the shared video, we can see Ronnie sitting on a bench in a gym. Captioning his post, Ronnie write“let them know one of my secrets in the past.”

The bodybuilder also expresses, “I’m all about my honesty and integrity.” Ronnie can be heard taking a tube of cream in the video saying: “put all this skin toning lotion on.” As she reveals later, it’s something she did to get rid of excess water under her skin.

Revealing his secret to all his fans, he says that this has been his usual practice. He used such creams to tighten and tone the skin. He further affirms it by adding in the post, “There is no reason to lie.”

Also, in the video, he demonstrates how to use the lotion correctly. He also subtitles,” I used it like I applied it in the video and I used it every day whenever I did cardio.”

Ronnie Coleman: The idol who became a rival

For the younger generation, Ronnie is an inspiration. Many aspiring bodybuilders praise Ronnie for his impeccable strength. An idol to many, only a select few get a chance to compete with Ronnie. And one of the lucky few was former Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler. They shared the stage for the first time in 2001.

Cutler had a moment of admiration when he had the opportunity to compete with his idol. Remembering the moment, he add, “…when your idol becomes your rival.” For any fan, getting to spend a few moments together will always be special.
