BayMark Health Services Acquires SUD Treatment Provider Fritz Clinics

BayMark Health Services Inc. announced Friday the acquisition of the Fritz Clinic, a group of six office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) programs based in central and northern Alabama.

Lewisville, Texas-Based Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Provider Deepens Its Presence In Alabama With Settlement; their website lists four existing locations in the state.

BayMark Health made the acquisition through its subsidiary AppleGate Recovery and will rename Fritz Clinic to the AppleGate brand, according to a press release.

Fritz Clinic offers buprenorphine and suboxone medication-assisted treatment, as well as support services such as counseling and care coordination. BayMark now operates more than 70 OBOT programs in 19 states, according to the release.
