On the podcast, Joe once sat down with Yates to discuss various things, including his fruitful career up until his retirement from bodybuilding. In the middle of the conversation, Dorian talked about the unusual fit of his suit. Listening to him, Joe responded sarcastically: “I’m sure if you looked at the measurements on paper, you’re wondering what the heck it’s suitable for.”
Meanwhile, Yates added, “What is this? I was like this extensive wardrobe. What is it, you know, so yeah? I see the other side of that, you know, young guys coming up, maybe they think that’s weird and they ask me, Don’t you look at the photos and think, wow, I look like I’m like no, no?
Furthermore, Dorian also added: “I like this a little bit sometimes when I look at those black and white photos giant photos of Dorian Yates and its if you have any of those black and white photos of the man and that’s like saying it’s like you can’t really fit any more muscle in that frame.” Looking back at Dorian’s incredible run demonstrates the importance of a healthy diet and the required exercise is essential.

Did Yates’s habits cause him injuries?
Dorian Yates exercised until he was completely exhausted. Once Yates tackled the one thing he would like to change about himself if he could time travel. That one thing is his habit of doing extreme workouts during his bodybuilding career.

Also, he used to reduce his calorie intake before performing in any competition. According to Dorian, low body fat, dehydration, lack of sleep, and anti-estrogen medications increase the risk of injury.
