Dr. Mosley revealed that he lost a whopping 4kg (0.6 stone) in two weeks in preparation for Christmas on Fast 800 Keto, to allow himself to enjoy the festivities without worrying about the consequences of weight gain.
Since there is a lot of debate in the fast weight loss diet industry and whether it is healthy and really works, the nutritionist explained that it worked for him.

“I got my belt up a notch and my blood sugar and blood pressure, which had been slowly going up, went back down again.”
It’s a method that works, he explained, because the Mediterranean diet addresses hunger cues from unhealthy foods.
“People tend to eat the wrong foods because they feel good,” he said.
“When you bite into a muffin or dive into a packet of chips, you’re responding to carefully crafted signals, put in place by food manufacturers, to use food as a defense not only against hunger, but also against stress.

“The Mediterranean-style diet addresses this problem at its root.
