Tay spends a lot of time training. “My training routine is a little crazy, because I travel a lot,” she said. I have some great people who also help me with things like diet, and whenever I have time I train judo and jiu-jitsu. So a lot depends on my travel schedule, but for ring material, I’m always preparing for that.”

Tay maintains that a healthy diet is a key part of her plan to stay fit. “I try to eat super clean, but of course, I end up eating pizza and burgers! Whenever I’m on the road, I try to eat super clean. Rice and steak are always my favorites, and I also love carbs, so I eat something with carbohydrates every day,” he told Kung Fu Kingdom.

One way Tay makes exercise fun? She exercises outdoors whenever possible. On a recent trip to Tulum, Mexico, she did sit-ups and pull-ups in a swimsuit. “I’m in love with the jungle gym 😍 training in a bikini and overlooking the sea… it’s a dream,” she tweeted about the outdoor gym.
