This sexy 60-year-old is getting hot and sweaty with her glamorous granddaughter.
Personal trainer Lesley Maxwell, 64, has become a social media sensation after sharing videos showing her hitting the gym with her granddaughter, Aunt Christophy, twenty-one
The age-defying nanny, who hails from Melbourne, Australia, and has 117,000 followers on Instagram, said she also shares a wardrobe with Christofi, despite their 43-year age difference.
“We often share clothes and even bikinis, which is a plus,” Maxwell said. NeedToKnow.online Thursday. “I think Tia is stunning and I am lucky to have such a lovely granddaughter.”
Christofi, who has 220,000 Instagram followers in her own right, is very proud of her sexy grandmother, declaring, “We are often mistaken for mother and daughter!”
“I aspire to look as good as her when I’m her age,” Christofi continued. “We try to fit in a session every week together, mostly at my home gym. Most of the time we do weight training together, I prefer to train legs and glutes, and she likes to train her upper body!
Maxwell said her fit figure hasn’t come easy and she works out five days a week to maintain her enviable appearance. She also follows a strict diet, eating six small meals a day.
“I eat six times a day and my meals are made up of protein and fat,” said Grandma, a fitness guru. “I go against the grain, I don’t believe in fad diets or fasting.”
Meanwhile, Christofi claimed that her nanny also encourages her to watch what she eats.
“Most grandmothers bring cakes when they visit, but mine brings organic eggs, organic berries and makes buckwheat pancakes,” she said.
Maxwell has shared advice for other middle-aged women looking to tone up this coming winter, saying: “Of course, I understand that in cooler weather it’s easier to curl up on the couch and maybe be tempted by the high-calorie food that has no nutritional value, yet we can gain weight.”
The sexy blonde also said it’s important to exercise, stating that those who are reluctant to exercise should “start small and work their way up.”
“If you tell yourself to get up and exercise for just a few minutes, you’ll end up doing it for longer,” he said. “You have to get past the initial phase and it becomes a habit.”
Meanwhile, Maxwell has no plans to cover up her stunning body anytime soon, saying she’ll continue to rock skimpy bikinis and her granddaughter’s form-fitting gym gear.
“If you have a racehorse, you want to show it off and not let it slack off,” he said. “People always admire a healthy and strong body, it makes you feel sexy.”
