Austin begins the demonstration of him stepping out with one leg to the side, going into a wide side lunge stance as he quickly punches the same arm, extending it past the (bent) front leg. Then he steps back to center to repeat on the other side in one quick motion.

The finishing move “works your legs and your booty,” explains Austin. “And it keeps your heart rate up!” To perform the tap-behind, Austin begins by standing up, facing forward. He then slightly moves his upper body to the side as he extends his rear leg behind her and extends both arms behind her as well. She continues the movement by quickly returning to the center and alternating between each side.
