Man shed 14st naturally after son asked if he was ‘going to die’

Breakfast consisted of 50g oats with a scoop of protein powder, followed by lunch consisting of 200g chicken, 250g potatoes, 100g green vegetables.

For dinner, Matthew opted for 150g turkey meatballs with chutney, 75g pasta and 100g green vegetables.

He also had some snacks; three peanut butter rice cakes, for example, or a Square bar, or a protein shake to help curb hunger or cravings.

Matthew ate these meals every day and had an “off-plan meal on the weekends with the family.”

When asked if he consulted a nutritionist, doctor or health professional about the best way to lose weight, Matthew said he did it “by himself, without a physical therapist or trainer.”
