Ready to whip up this delicious and healthy anti-aging concoction? This is what you will need:
- 2/3 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 scoop (20 grams) plain pea protein powder (or a vanilla flavor)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 3 ice cubes
Optional toppings for your shake can include water (to thin the shake to desired thickness), 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (for an extra antioxidant/anti-inflammatory boost), 1 to 2 drops liquid stevia (for extra sweetness if your banana is underripe or you want a little extra sweetness when using plain protein powder)
