Jason Derulo may “talk dirty,” but he keeps his wellness routine clean.
And with New Year’s resolution season almost here, the star, who tells Page Six Style that she tries to “eat and drink as organic as possible,” has plenty of advice.
“Go for a walk every day, create a great workout playlist, and find a gym buddy,” he says of his top fitness tips, adding, “Listen to your body, eat plenty of protein, and stay hydrated.”
During his own gym sessions, the singer frequently racks up likes while racking up reps; he is known for sharing videos of his workouts, as well as a host of viral challenges ranging from fitness feats a dance routines.
But while he is tried various misleading TikTok trendsone video stands out as the most difficult to execute.
“I was on vacation in Greece and I was trying to film a TikTok jump rope workout and I kept getting it wrong,” he says. “You’d think the hardest TikToks would be with the visual effects, but doing it in one take was really hard.”
While saying he’s not sure which viral trend will jump Next, the self-proclaimed “last minute treat,” who recently became a co-owner and ambassador for treo beverage company — it does I know what you’ll be stuffing your stockings with this holiday season.
“I usually like to give away a couple of my favorite things of the year, so this year I’m going to give everyone TREO in their stockings,” she said of the organic flavored water, which contains fruit water and birch.

But while the famous thirst hunter is giving away workout drinks designed to hydrate, her own wish list includes sneakers and styles that aren’t made for the gym.
“I’m very into fashion, and I’ve recently started to love the Philipp Plein collection,” he says. “His style is bold and empowering. Everything from their sneakers to shirts and jackets, I love everything. If I see a Philipp Plein box under my tree, I’ll be happy!”

the designer winter 2022 collection includes a host of giftable styles, ranging from cold-weather staples like a padded jacket ($788, originally $1,575) to many kicks currently on sale.
But at the end of the day, nothing under the tree will beat the best gift Derulo has ever received.
“My son, King is the best gift I could receive,” he says. “He has come and turned my world upside down in the best way.”
“[He] He loves music as much as I do, so this year I’m giving him his first guitar,” added Derulo.
