Jaipur: The health department issued instructions to update and verify personal and professional data in the ‘health portal‘.
The department has clarified that the Assured dynamic career progression (DACP), permission to travel abroad, NoC required for different works, transfers, postings and all these works will be carried out through the health portals from now on. The department has set a January 15 deadline for staff to update their details.
The department has developed RajHealth Portal, a health resource management portal, to facilitate the employees of the health department their day to day with a quick and simple resolution. Since the state government has launched ambitious health plans that include Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojnaand making OPD and IPD facilities free, including medicines and tests at the government hospital, aims to manage their human resources effectively to ensure patients benefit from the schemes properly.
Through the portal, the health department will manage its clinical and non-clinical human resources-staff. As health is one of the largest departments, the portal will help make quick decisions to improve healthcare facilities with “quick and easy resolution,” a health department official said.
In addition, it will also facilitate the work of health department officials in developing human resource management strategies. To this end, the health department has issued operational instructions for the employees of the RajHealth portal.
The health department will be able to access the details of each and every health department employee through the new portal, including bank details, salary, educational qualification, personal details and family details of the employees, which the employee can update from time to time.
The health department is compelling health department officers including doctors to submit personal details, qualifications, service details, bank and payment details, family details and nominee details and also update and verify details until January 15.
A health department official said that through the new portal, they will give immediate details on how many health department employees are graduates, postgraduates, super specialized, and how many research papers they have published.
In addition, the department will also be able to find out the exact details of the employees who are deployed in delegation. The employees have to fill in the details that had been displayed in the branch office.
The portal will give a clear picture of the employees, their qualification and the place of their posting.
With just one click, health department officials in Jaipur can get all the details of an employee in Jaisalmer or any other part of the state, even in rural areas.
In addition, the health department will also get the importation of designated employees and also office sanctioned positions. The new portal will also provide instant information on the number of employees in a block and at the district level.
