Childbirth technique that would require a ‘deadbody’

There is a report by Allied Market Research, a well-known research company on infertility. It is written in this that we cannot imagine how fast the surrogacy and IVF market is going to grow. The only reason for this is that due to lifestyle most people will not be in a position to have children. Infertility is increasing rapidly due to marriages in old age and deteriorating food habits. As a result, professors and scientists of medical science are engaged in new research, so that children can be born. Now a new theory is that children will be born through brain dead i.e. ‘dead body’ in a way. However, it may take years for it to start now.

What is the complete theory and who has given it?

This whole theory will be called Whole Body Gestational Donation. This will be exactly the same way of donating your womb… as people donate their organs. In this process, any woman can sign this consent while she is alive… that in case she becomes brain dead, her uterus can be used to give birth to a child. Means she will be able to do something good for childless couples even after being brain dead.

Whose theory is this?

Professor Anna Smajdor, Director of Philosophy, University of Oslo, has given the theory that ‘ those parents who want to have a child but are unable to have children for any reason, they Will be able to hire a female body declared brain dead to fulfill the dream. Anna holds a PhD in Medical Ethics from Imperial College of London. Anna’s 18 research papers have been published in many prestigious medical journals. His latest research paper related to pregnancy has been published in the journal Theoretical Medicine and Bioethics. There is a 12-page research paper in this, in which an attempt has been made to answer each and every question.

How will the Gestational Process work?

1. First a woman will decide that she is ready to donate her body for the gestational process. If she becomes brain dead or goes into coma then she is ready for this process.
2. After this he will have to sign a consent (legal document).
3. Even if she suddenly goes into a coma due to an accident, she will be ready for the gestational process.
4. After this the parents who are not able to conceive will hire the body of that woman to give birth to their own child.
5. The doctor will check whether the woman’s consent is completely legal or not.
6. The doctor will also confirm whether the woman is in a position to handle a child completely or not.
7. After this, the sperm of the male and the egg of the female will be fertilized through in vitro fertilization (IVF).
8. After this, the embryo (fetus) will be prepared for incubating in the womb.
9. Then the embryo of the child will be incubated (implanted) in the womb of the brain dead woman.
10. After implantation, the woman will be given hormonal therapy, so that it can be ensured that the child will be followed properly.

Two conditions will be created after embryo implant

1. Vegetative State
In this, the patient will not be completely unconscious. Means he will be in coma but he will feel his sleeping cycle (time of sleeping and waking up). The pupils of the eyes may move slightly. Expressions can also appear on the face. There is a possibility of recovery of such a coma patient. It is expected for such a patient that one day he can recover and start a normal life again.

2. Brain Dead
In this condition any patient goes into deep coma. Such patients do not even know where they are, in what condition they are. Due to some trauma or injury, the brain connection of such a patient with the body is completely broken. Usually such patients are declared brain dead. Such patients are unable to breathe on their own, they remain alive only with the help of ventilator. Such patients are also seen as a dead body. Now the question arises whether it is right to incubate (implant) a child in such a ‘dead body’, which can die at any time. In such a condition, she will not only kill him, but he may be responsible for another death even without wanting to. Answering this question, Professor Anna Samedor says that… Organ donation is also a similar process. After donating organs after death, a doctor transplants them in whose body, he tries to do his work properly and the transplant is successful, but in spite of this the scope of failure remains. Along with this, the possibility of this can be reduced to some extent by being attached to the ventilator. The professor believes that efforts should be made to keep the ‘brain dead’ patient alive through life support until the child is born.

Infertility on the rise worldwide

According to Allied Market Research, infertility is increasing rapidly worldwide. Research says that in 2021, the market for fertility services will triple in the next 10 years. The market for fertility services in 2021 is $21.13 billion, which will be $90.79 billion by 2031. Our unhealthy lifestyle will be responsible for this. Alcohol, smoking, decreasing physical activity will be responsible for this. Because of this, the number of people who get Adoption IVF will increase rapidly.
