Many times people consider paneer and chhena to be the same because both are made from milk and the process of making both is the same, so they give the same nutrition to the body. What is the difference between paneer and chhena

Both paneer and chhena are made from milk. Both are made by adding lemon and vinegar to milk. But the main difference between the two is that while extracting paneer from milk, the water is completely extracted from the paneer. Due to which there is a lack of hydration. Chhena has more moisture than paneer. Because it also contains a lot of water. Whereas paneer is very dry. 

Chenna is fresh

Chhena is immediately taken out and eaten. And much fresher.
