  • Initially the color of urine is light yellow but if the level of dehydration increases then the color of urine becomes dark yellow and urine frequency also changes.
  • In dehydration, you may repeatedly feel that fast urine is coming, but when you go, only a few drops of urine pass.
  • Along with the decrease in the amount of urine, there may also be a problem of burning or itching in the urine.

How to avoid dehydration?

  • You know that drinking water cures dehydration. So you must drink 7 to 8 glasses of water every day.
  • Apart from this much water, you have to eat 1 bowl of curd in the afternoon and drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night. If there is a problem with lactose, if you do not like this milk, then definitely take lassi or buttermilk.
  • Must eat one or the other of these fruits like cucumber-cucumber-melon every day.
  • Drink a glass of bael juice every day. This juice will also keep you hydrated and keep your mind calm in the summer.

These drinks do not give hydration

  • Do not count tea, coffee, soft drinks, cold drinks, coke etc. in your liquid diet. Because drinking them does not remove the lack of water in the body, but with many chemical reactions, there is a lack of water in the body. Therefore, the less you consume them in summer, the better.
