4 Ways to Include Mangoes in Your Weight Loss Diet
Control your portions: Mangoes are full of micronutrients and fiber, you can safely eat them even on a diet, as long as you eat them in small portions and don’t binge. Nothing is good when you do it in excess. Consuming mangoes in excess or simply limiting your diet to mangoes will not have any positive effect.
Do not eat with or after a meal: Many Indians eat mangoes in the form of aam ras or simply sliced with lunch or dinner. Eating with a meal can cause you to consume more calories.
Eat it as a snack: Indulge in a cup of mango for a healthy snack. Mangoes are a great snack as they are high in dietary fiber. The handle can also serve as an energy booster. Therefore, it is an excellent pre-workout food. It can also be had as a yogurt parfait or breakfast smoothie.
Eat whole: Juicing mango removes the fiber, making it less filling or filling. Eat your mangoes to use as a filling snack.
