Ingredients

  1. Water: 2 cups
  2. ginger: 1
  3. Nails: 4
  4. Black Pepper: 5-6
  5. Holy Basil (Tulsi): 5-6 leaves
  6. Honey: 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
  7. Cinnamon stick (1 inch): 2

Method

  • To make Kadha at home, add hot water in a pan
  • Crush the ginger, cloves, black peppercorns, and cinnamon in a mortar and pestle
  • Mash the ingredients well together with the basil leaves in the pan. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
