A 15-Minute Full Body Workout From Hailey Bieber’s Trainer | Well+Good

WWhile vacations are great for mental health (and could help you live longer), they can also be disruptive when it comes to their regular routines like eating, sleep and exercise. But the same habits that ground you at home can have a similar effect on the road if you put a travel-friendly spin on them.

When it comes to your workouts, to help keep you moving on the go, the trainer Rhys Athaydefounder of the GHOST gym app, created a 15-minute, no-equipment, full-body workout that you can do anytime, anywhere. Athayde trained the likes of Hailey Bieber, Kaia Gerber, and other celebrities whose careers often require extensive travel. He says a mix of exercise, rest, and hydration is a big part of their fitness regimens wherever they are, and this quick workout is the kind he’d schedule his clients to do on the go.

Athayde’s trick to stay motivated to exercise on the go

Even if you have a consistent exercise routine at home, it can be easy to lose the willpower to exercise while you’re away. When this happens, Athayde recommends two things: check your attitude toward exercise itself and find the right workout that fits where you are.

“It starts with how you view exercise,” says Athayde. “If you see it as a chore, you are going to dread it every day and it will take you a whole [vacation] off. I see exercise as a way to feel good, and it’s something I really enjoy. There are also so many different ways to exercise that I can mix and match on vacation without it feeling mundane or repetitive.”
