New Delhi: Abhay HealthTech on Saturday announced the acquisition of consumer health product manufacturer MNP Health for an undisclosed amount. The strategic acquisition of MNP Healthcare marks an important milestone in Abhay HealthTech’s expansion plans, strengthening its presence in the OTC (over the counter) consumer market. health sectorthe company said in a statement.

As part of this collaboration, Abhay HealthTech will acquire the entire portfolio of MNP Healthcare, including its brands, products, people and manufacturing facilities, it said, without disclosing the acquisition cost.
