AFL Richmond Tigers Superstar tinderbox martin is set to launch its own health and fitness app called Drip on Wednesday.
In an interview with the herald sun On Sunday, the 31-year-old midfielder revealed how mindfulness has contributed to his success on the pitch.
‘I think the more successful you are, the more distractions there are. Being able to stay focused on the things that made you great makes you better,” she said.

Dustin continued, “To me, mindfulness is something you have to be disciplined and work with; it’s a skill like learning to kick a soccer ball.”
The talented soccer player appears in most of the training programs offered on the app and has personally selected a team of coaches and athletes.
There are a variety of workouts that focus on HIIT, cardio, strength, yoga, and Pilates, to name a few, while courses on meditation and mindfulness are also available.

Dustin has made headlines for his changing frame, having lost 10kg since recovering from surgery for a lacerated kidney in July last year.
The Brownlow medalist was placed on a strict fruit-only diet to help him recover after surgery. Fruit-only diets are regularly used to treat kidney trauma.
Richmond physical performance manager Peter Burge admitted in August that Dustin had “lost a little bit of weight” due to the unusual nutrition program.

‘He’s had to manage his diet [for his] health a little in the last two weeks and it will also in the next three or four weeks,’ he said at the time.
“He’s working with specialists and once he’s gotten the go-ahead from the specialists, he’ll be able to resume some form of light training in the off-season.”
Dustin spent nine days in hospital after suffering a lacerated kidney in a brutal on-field collision with Brisbane player Mitch Robinson on July 16.
He missed the last month of the AFL season due to injury.
