Ontrak’s care delivery system, enhanced by its AI-powered intervention platform, identifies, engages and treats the most vulnerable members of the behavioral health population to achieve improved and sustained clinical outcomes. Eleos Health is a behavioral health app for voice AI, which works ambiently in the background of conversations between mental health doctor and patient.
Eleos’ innovative voice-to-knowledge AI technology will be integrated into the work of Ontrak’s evidence-based care model and its growing nationwide care teams, including mental health providers. Eleos, which can be operated in both face-to-face and virtual care environments, works by autonomously digitizing behavioral health sessions to produce clinical information and generate post-session documentation, including progress notes.
Eleos provides data on key session topics, member concerns and potential gaps in care. Knowledge areas created by Eleos include how interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are used, for example, whether the provider is using evidence-based practices, and key session topics. Additionally, Eleos reduces the time it takes for physicians to complete documentation by up to 40 percent by automatically generating the baseline for required clinical notes and allowing treatment teams to focus more on member care.
